This is the second year of the Prodigy Program.
It is unrealistic to expect good times to last forever.
No matter how difficult your life may become, no matter how hard you get it, there is always reason to keep on going and fighting because you can survive and thrive.
My goal is to inspire and to empower you so that no experience in your life is too difficult to overcome.
No defeat is permanent.
No failure overwhelms you.
My intent is to motivate you to look beyond temporary setbacks and to fight your way through them.
By understanding that it is not only within your power, it is your absolute right to endure and enjoy the best that life has to offer.
I want to encourage and hopefully inspire you to live a dynamic life by helping you understand that even experiencing pain is the sign of life.
But you must focus on the life, not the pain.
You cannot let it overwhelm you or your pursuit of your dreams.
In other words, failure is not final.
It is not real unless you make it real.
The only reality is how you respond to it, whether it makes you better or better.
Thanks to the powerful lessons taught and lived by my mama and reinforced by Mr. Washington, I learned not to allow negative events in my life to affect my attitude.
See you next week
