I want to remind you that you’ve got to be something special.
Many of us who are involved in helping others, we’ve got to take time for ourselves.
You’ve got to take care of your physical, mental, AND emotional needs.

Take time to enjoy life’s beauties and wonders.
Keep in mind that there’s POWER in the spoken word.
Are you telling people how sad, tired, and miserable you are?
Or are you telling them that things are getting better for you?
CLAIM what you want in your life.
How do we begin to empower ourselves?
Firstly, you’ve got to believe that you DESERVE to be happy and the best that life has to offer.
You’ve got to KNOW that you are worthy and carry yourself accordingly.
Keep affirming, repeatedly, that you deserve to be happy.
We must learn how to love ourselves unconditionally…
Because we’ve been trained to think negatively about ourselves.
No one is perfect, but it’s important to stop putting ourselves down.
Get up in the morning and talk great, positive things to yourself.
Build yourself up and be your own best friend.
You have something special because you have the COURAGE to do something for yourself.
