Lesson 30 - You are Worthy

There comes a time when you must drop your burdens in order to fight for yourself and for your dreams...

Many of us carry baggage from the past that hinder our ability to fight for the things we want in life, our goals, our dreams.

Iwant to remind you that if you are carrying strong feelings about something that happened in your past, they hinder your ability to live in the present.

As an adopted child, I had to play with the hand that I was dealt, so that I could be more

effective in my life.

If couldn’t allow myself to be burdened with anger, resentment, guilt and regret.

What really matters is having goals and going after them wholeheartedly.

In the end, it is the person you become, not the things you achieve that is most important.

I learned from my mother that there is greatness in all of us and that all of us are delivered to

this world with a mission.

I've learned from her, and my goal is to impart some of her strength and wisdom to you, along

with some methods, endurance and perseverance that I have acquired through my own

experience.

My mother is one of those no matter what people.

We may not have gotten a lot of toys in business, but we always had plenty of food and clean

handmade iron clothing.

My mother was a provider and a protector.

But in high school, I came in contact with the empowering influence of Mr. Leroy Washington

He carried himself like a king among his people.

Mr. Washington was the school's Speech and Drama teacher, and he prided himself upon

finding and developing the character and talent of his students.

Mr. Washington helped me to understand something that will be a critical point of this audio.

You have to realize that there is something special within you a basic goodness that you must

choose every way you can.

Each of us has something good to offer, and all of us need to find and nurture our goodness to

unlock the keys to achievement.

By tapping into your goodness, you can make a difference on this earth.

I believe that you are born with responsibility and obligation to make a positive impact.

One of the most difficult aspects of adulthood is the fact that you have to balance fun with work

and freedom with responsibilities is a task that life requires.

And if we are wise, we take life’s requirements seriously.

We take life’s opportunities.

You decide to pursue your greatness, you are taking responsibility for your life. This means that

you are choosing to accept the consequences of your actions and to become the agent of your

mental, physical, spiritual. And material success.

You might not always be able to control what life puts in your path.

But I believe you can always control who you are.

Thanks to my mother and later Mr. Washington. I grew up with a subconscious conviction that I

was going to be somebody because of that.

I dreamed of GREATNESS.

And those dreams propelled me to pursue greatness.

As with my mom and her desire to have a family, my consciousness became an active force.

When Mr. Washington knighted me as a worthy young man, I felt free to dream again.

He sent me out into the world on a quest for my destiny.

I encourage you to forge ahead, whenever disappointment or setbacks come your way.

See you next week
