This is the second year of the Prodigy Program.
Although you might try to avoid it, getting feedback from others can help you to discover the BLIND spots in your life.
What kind of PERSON are you becoming because of the relationships that you have?
Are they of any help to you?
You see, people and our environment can affect us.
You’ve got become CONSCIOUSLY conscious…
You’ve got to feel that you DESERVE good things, otherwise, you’ll remain in your misery.
It means having a good SELF-ESTEEM.
In order to evaluate the level of your self-esteem, it’s a good idea to get some CARING feedback.
Find someone close enough to you and ask them to rate you in terms of your self- esteem.
We’re ALL walking around with some blind spots…
You see, people don’t readily volunteer their observations because they don’t want to embarrass you.
Then there are some people who don’t want to hear ANY constructive criticism…
Are you one of them?
Another good barometer about your self-esteem is how well you take compliments.
Can you handle a good compliment?
I want you to ask yourself: What do you EXPECT out of life?
People who have a strong sense of self approval, have HIGH expectations from
themselves and from life.
A lot of people are just SHOWING UP…
They don’t expect much.
If you expect GREAT things to happen to you, you don’t have the luxury to waste time.
What can you do to increase your self-approval?
The first thing is to LOVE yourself. Put yourself FIRST.
Secondly, you MUST become aware of your needs and have compassion for yourself, despite your human defects.
No one is perfect.
We’ve ALL made some mistakes, and we’re still not done yet.
ACTION STEPS: How much of your time is spent dwelling on the past or worrying about the future?
How can you shift your focus to living in the present moment?
See you next week
